गणतन्त्र का TRICKLE DOWN EFECT

सरकारी योजनायें
घोड़ों की नाईं खाती दाने
आम लोगों को उन योजनाओं
के लाभ के दाने
पहुंचते
उसी घोड़े की लीद की मार्फत
जनता चिड़िया सम
सड़क पर बैठ
उसी घोड़े की लीद से चुगती
अपने हिस्से के दाने
यही है गणतान्त्रिक प्रणाली
का “trickle down effect”
आज के गणतन्त्र का परिचय
गण यानि एक बेचारा
एक घुसपैठिया
एक ख्वाम्ख्वाह
एक परेशानी
एक बेवजह की अड़चन
एक आंकड़ा
और तन्त्र
एक स्वयंजीवी संस्था
स्वयं से, स्वयं के लिये, स्वयं के द्वारा
एक हथियार
सारे initiatives की हत्या के लिये
एक संस्था अधिकारों के निजीकरण के लिये

Government Plans( Like Horses)
Consume lot of Funds ( consume grains)
Supposed to generate benefit to common masses as a trickle down effect
But the common peoples benefit is equivalent to the
The undigested grains that pass thru the eusaphagus of horse
And exit along with his shit
Common people hv to remain satisfied with their share
By picking it out of the proverbial horse shit

In Indian Democracy
The all powerful individual is treated as DIRT by the govt.
And Govt is for the government , by the government and of the Government
It kills all the initiative
And usurps all powers from common folk.
